This unit consists of:
Quality assurance management
Quality control of mechanical workshops and heat treatment
Quality control of metal structure and forging workshops
Quality control of casting and modeling workshops
Laboratory and calibration
Quality assurance of all products with high sensitivity and various tonnages such as crane wheels and hanger , gear box, crane carrier, shafts, traverse, columns, charging buckets
Applying various statistical and engineering methods including SPC, MSA , DOE, 66, QFD, PPAP, APQP, FMEA and projects improvement
Using of handbooks and international standards such as DIN, BD, ASTM, AWS, ASME, NC etc
Using of sand laboratory, methlographic, spectrometer, calibration of measurement tools through NDT methods such as UT, PT, MT.
Using of standard control documents and quality assurance handbook such as QCTM, QTP, ITP, QCP for manufacturing various equipments
